Jan Fleming

Jan Fleming comes from an education background having trained and worked in both primary and early childhood education in a variety of areas in NSW for the past 29 years. Her most recent role was as a Director of a large multifunctional child care centre operating for children aged from 6 weeks to 12 years. She has also been involved in the Quality Assurance program, policy development, community and staff management. Jan has also raised 4 boys of her own.
